How do I upload or replace my resume?

Open your Profile in HyrAI and use the resume section to upload a document. HyrAI supports PDF, DOC, and DOCX files.

Why does an application need my review?

Some employers ask custom questions. HyrAI may prepare suggestions, then ask you to review answers before an application is submitted.

Can HyrAI guarantee that my application is submitted?

No. Employer sites and applicant-tracking systems can change or become unavailable. Check your application status in the app and review any failure notice.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Profile screen in HyrAI, scroll to the account actions, and choose Delete account. This disables your account and signs you out. For a request concerning remaining personal information, email support@stiode.store.
